Is there a 0.2 to 0.4 or more positive offset (i.e. delay) on DT for
SuperFox or SuperHound to the decoded results? I was seeing 0.3-0.4 for
N5J and now CY9C has 0.6 on 17m. I use Meinberg NTP and a fast Windows
10 laptop. I just restarted Meinberg NTP and got the same results.
Hounds are decoded from 0.1 to 0.3 as usual.
