For what it's worth, I am experiencing this issue as well since upgrading to Sequoia. I'm using an IC-735 attached with an xggcoms USB-Digimode-4. I am using a 2022 Mac Studio with an M1 Max chip. I found this thread over the weekend while compiling a bug report, but didn't send it since the issue had already been isolated by Arkadiusz. If it's helpful I can send the relevant logs.
