HI folks,
I have recently built 2 systems from scratch (The latest Linux Mint on an
old laptop, and the last Raspberry PI Os on a Pi-4), then built wsjtx-2.7.0-rcx
from source exactly following the instructions in the INSTALL file in terms of
package requirements etc.
Wsjtx builds and installs correctly, and comes up and runs, but during
configuration, there are no audio devices found. (The Tx & RX Dropdowns are
empty on the Audio Config page.)
Poking around a bit, it seems that the libqt5multimedia5-plugins package
needs to be present at runtime.
While technically not a "build" dependency, mentioning it alongside the rest
of the qt5 packages in INSTALL would resolve the issue with just a
documentation update, and probably save some grief for other folks in the
future. (It's a trivial edit if anybody else is in there, and agrees with my
findings, or I can submit a PR.
