Hi Rob, Thanks for your bug report. FYI: This error was fixed on October 12. It only occurred when users selected certain combinations of FTol, Rx frequency, width of the waterfall, etc. which make no sense when receiving SuperFox signals. The October 12 fix prevents such combinations from being set.
By the way, it was rolled out immediately with a new wsjt-x_improved version. But users have a choice. Either wait for a new WSJT-X rc8 (i.e. until January 2025) or simply use my wsjt-x_improved 2.7.1-devel versions. There you get the latest code immediately. But of course everyone can do this as they wish. 73 de DG2YCB, Uwe ________________________________________ German Amateur Radio Station DG2YCB Dr. Uwe Risse eMail: dg2...@gmx.de Info: www.qrz.com/db/DG2YCB Am 17.11.2024 um 22:07 schrieb rsbrennen--- via wsjt-devel:
I haven’t reported errors before so if I’m doing this incorrectly or if this has already been reported I apologize. I found that if I set F Tol to 1000 and decode a Super Fox I get a Subprocess Error. The message says Subprocess failed with exit code 2, and under detail I receive this information Running: C:\WSJT\wsjtx\bin\jt9 -s WSJT-X -w 1 -m 3 -e C:\WSJT\wsjtx\bin -a C:\Users\RB10\AppData\Local\WSJT-X -t C:\Users\RB10\AppData\Local\Temp\WSJT-X At line 30 of file C:\JTSDK64-Tools\WSJTX\BBdevelop\lib\superfox\qpc_sync.f90 Fortran runtime error: Index '-2304' of dimension 1 of array 's' outside of expected range (1:27000) Error termination.
