I have been using WSJT-X since before version 1.0 was released. I have never heard WSJT-X produce an alert sound. What WSJT-X alert sounds are you hearing/transmitting? The usual problem is that the operator configures Windows so the rig audio device is set as the Windows default sound device. It must never be set as default. 73, Andy k3wyc
