WSJTX developers:
I am still attempting to build WSJTX-3.0.0_improved on Windows 11 from
JTSDK64.
I have made progress but have encountered a linking issue with the FFTW3
thread libraries.
The problem arises when linking jt9.exe. The diagnostic is as follows:
C:/JTSDK64-Tools/tools/msys64/mingw64/bin/../lib/gcc/x86_64-w64-mingw32/14.2

undefined references to `fftwf_plan_with_nthreads' follow
Is this a known problem? Is there a fix for it?
