Adding new producer

Hi,        There is a reply here http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/portals-wsrp4j-user/200604.mbox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] about adding a new producer.          How do I add a new producer ? Somewhere in the archive there is mention of a new XML file to add a new producer.
