The idea behind this is that the WSRP portlets provided by the producers use predefined WSRP css classes for presentation on the markup. Then the consumers can supply appropriate css files that use these classes to provide consistent look & feel for the portlets they consume (portlets which can be served from different producers). Of course, the client can override the values of these classes on the agent (i.e. the browser). Regards.
