I don't know about IIS, but .Net often requires (or needs) WS-Addressing in

addition to WS-Security. For plain WS-Security interoparability is usually

no problem.

Thanks for the help. I have the signing with BST completed in a standalone test rig. Does anyon have hint on how to make the security header compatiable with IIS and .Net.. The problem that I now face is that the IIS return an error of "cannot understand security header". There is very little information on the net regarding the issues that compatibility with security headers.
