I can only reply on behalf of Axis C++.
Axis C++ does not intend to support ws-* this support will become available in the axis2 project.

Hi,
Are there any other ws-security enabled c++ libraries around which
can interoperate with wss4j and do not require .NET ? What about
Systinet's C++ Server and RogueWave's LEIF? What about Axis C++, is
there a ws-security implementation available for it?
