Test case failure

I switched to use JDK 1.4.2 and able to get it compiled, but one of the
test case failed, seems like looking for an endpoint:

      {http://xml.apache.org/axis/}stackTrace:The AXIS engine could not
find a target service to invoke!  targetService is
SampleSecurityTokenService

(See attached file: TEST-sandbox.PackageTests.txt)

Any ideas?
