Please have a look at the Java Keystore implementation (org.apache.ws.security.components.crypto.Merlin) of org.apache.ws.security.components.crypto.Crypto interface and see how you can implement the methods to extract the certificates and private key information from an LDAP direcotry.
Note that if you have any specific configuration that you want to supply to the impl you can use a constructor that accepts a java.util.Properties object, and specify those properties in the same .properties file that configures the Crypto impl for wss4j.
