I'll do a merge shortly which will have test-code that you can look at. The fix
for WSS-177 only works programatically. I may have a look at supporting it
through configuration as well. Note that using WSS4J via configuration is
essentially deprecated...most people use WSS4J via Rampart or CXF which are
full WS-SecurityPolicy implementations.
