Fix For: 1.5.9
SignatureProcessor is not reusing results from BinarySecurityTokenProcessor or
DerivedKeyTokenProcessor, and is processing the elements again. This fix was
already made on trunk, so backporting this to 1_5_x-fixes is all that's
required.
