I merged a fix for this issue, or at least I think it's a fix :-) Can you
checkout the latest 1.5.9-SNAPSHOT code from:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/wss4j/branches/1_5_x-fixes
...compile it, and test it on Z/OS to make sure it fixes the problem?
