Hello, As you can see from the JIRA comments on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WSS-239 I've created a patch for your consideration (attached to WSS-239 as wss4j-1.5.9-password-equivalence.patch). Please have a look. It would be great if this made it in 1.6.0. If you would prefer a patch against the trunk instead of 1.5.9, let me know.
