I would like to nominate Konstantin for WTP committer status. Konstantin has been extremely active with design, discussion, and development of the project features proposal,
and this follows up several bugzilla patches that he has submitted in the past few months, and we have coordinated for the builds. He also contributed the web - lib java container, removing
the need for a builder that was both slow and buggy. He has also been a valuable advisor to some of the core function and direction regarding flexible projects. His increasing support will
help the WTP team achieve the aggressive goals laid out over the next few months.
He will be a welcome addition to the WTP development team.
