Do we still need the old builder (for the maintenance builds)? Can we delete it from CVS to avoid further confusion?

In the post-cleanup, I have boticed that there are still some updates
into the old releng.builder.  Please note that R1.0 builds have moved tp
releng.wtpbuilder.  So if you want to add new tests to builds, you must
do this at the new test directories.

releng.wtpbuilder\distribution\wtp.tests
releng.wtpbuilder\distribution\wtp.tests\testScripts
