I just dropped a fix for this problem - reordering when the runtime is bound to the project.....

Hi,
Just a quick note to let everyone know that I've found blocking problem with the I-build candidate related to adding project facet, server target and classpath. I've opened blocking defect 113974 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=113974). Web services smoke tests are all blocked because of this problem.

Committers,
Teams should start yhe "smoke test" the I-build on "committers" area, testing continues until Thursday 7 PM EST.
The version to test is:
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/drops/I-I20051027-200510270958
Please note that there are test failures with 3 suites (J2EE/SERVER/WS).
Blocking bugs found can be released, but should have clear bugzilla, with post to wtp-releng "requesting respin" (even though, respins are automatic for now, please consider it a request).
