There is a new I-Build ready for review, however, it is not clear to me
if it has picked up Chuck' fix for the blocking defect 113974
(_https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=113974_).
Chuck and kathy can you confirm if this build indeed has fixed the
problem. We will need another build due in an hour.
