We had committed and released the fix for defect 116953 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=116953) to the next I-build.
This is a problem with wrong module type being passed. Server tools module ids (and versions) were changed a couple of weeks ago to match
the new J2EE facets. ServerUtils.isTargetValidForEAR() needs to be updated to react to this.
Without this change, projects targeted to servers that requires EAR would have the EAR field disabled in the Web services wizard.
This change is very isolated and had been tested.
