I've verified bug 123278 on the 01102004 M-build.
The Web services smoke tests passed on the above build.

Hi,
Web Services smoke test failed on M200601100125-200601100125 due to problem with running simple servlet on Tomcat. I've opened blocking defect 123278 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=123278) for the problem.
