[wtp-dev] Next M-build is ready for verification

For those teams that had failing smoke tests today, due to not being able to run a servlet,
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=123278

The re-spin with that fix is is done and available for confirmation at
http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/committers/drops/M-M200601102004-200601102004/

(only those teams previously reporting failure have to re-test, but anyone can re-test if you'd like :)

I tracked the problem down and it's because there is no web.xml (doh!) in the published web app. It's being caused by J2EEFlexProjectDeployable.members(), so I've transferred the bug to jst.j2ee.
