[wtp-dev] Remove bug 126291 from 1.0.1 HOT LIST

A interim resolution has been identified by John Lanuti (thank you!). See bug report https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=126291

I lowered the severity of the bug and it can be removed from the 1.0.1 Hot list.
