Sorry for the churn, and my incomplete initial tests ... but, using underscore in the cvs tags is problematic.

for details, and in fact, can use
[126458] underscores in version qualifiers don't work well
to release.
Note, if you've made no changes, you'll have to uncheck the box in the release
tool that says to "release only projects that have changed".
This makes our "best practice" patthern to be just date and time, UTC, as in
vYYYYMMDDHHMM
We'll need this done by Monday night for Tuesday's RC1 M-build.
(And Wednesday night for I-build on that stream).
