All teams report "pass" on this I-build, for continued development, but some have reported
cautions that some transitions are sill in progress ... so, upgrade cautiously.
Ok, ok, so the new navigator in the J2EE perspective may not be totally ready for primetime, (missing java content, menu options, drag and drop, delete key handlers, etc) but it is passable.
