We have an official candidate for R1.0.1 now, at

Released (In progress, towards declared build) 1.0.1 Fri, 17 Feb 2006 -- 12:28 (UTC)
And, this time, I really do mean "the committers" directory. I suggest we just leave it there
while we complete our week-long-just-testing-no-changes period.
I'll announce it on newsgroup soon as "opportunity for early testers".
