Richard Mah









I'd like to nominate Richard Mah to become a WTP committer.

Richard has been involved with WTP from the earliest days working primarily
on the wsdl component.  Richard has proven himself to be a skilled
and reliable developer and is very knowledgeable of Web Services and XML
technologies.  His many contributed patches (see below) are always
high quality and he is always eager to work with others to track cross
component problems down to their roots.   As well as participating
in the news groups, Richard has written several tutorials to benefit the
WTP community (see below). 

I believe Richard has demonstrated all of the skills required of an eclipse
committer and will be positioned to make even greater contributions in
this role.
