Added validateEdit call on ModuleMigratorManager class that handles
the workspace migration of project metadata from 0.7 to 1.x.
call is added before moving .wtpmodules file, as well as all files in
the .deploybles directory that is removed.
Tested locally with sample pessimistic team adapter.
