+1 for the RC. Bugzilla indicates that the patch has been verified and reviewed. The problem is major.

This fixes a problem with the WorkbenchResourceHelper being unable to distinguish between a resource never having been loaded before and not existing on disk. Please see the defect for the patch which has been successfully tested.
