We have a major hole in our handling of double-byte characters in project names. The code that writes MANIFEST.MF files does not handle them correctly. If this isn’t fixed, users will either have to not use double-byte characters in project names or fix the MANIFEST.MF files manually. Neither alternative is likely to endear us with double-byte language users of WTP.

PS: My apologies if I am using the wrong process here. I can’t recall if 1.0.3 is supposed to use the 1.5 process or stay on the old process.
