I have just released changes to the feature version numbers for our WTP
features for our maintenance release.
This won't require re-test, but component leads should visually inspect
the results and be sure I made no silly
mistakes.

JSF, JPA ... if you all made _any_ changes for 1.5.3, you should too ...
but if no changes,
it is not needed.

And, for the WTP case, I have a confession to make ... I am not always as
pure as I'd like to be.

I bumped up all features to "1.5.3.qualifier". Technically, we should all
carefully check that the
feature versions follow the same rules as the plugin versions ... namely,
bump up the feature versions
if and only if any one of their contained plugins contained a maintenance
increase for WTP 1.5.3.

Given our shortage of tools and time, I took the expedient route and
incremented them all to 1.5.3.
I know we fixed/changed a lot of plugins, but I did not check if we
literally changed one in each
of our many features.
Even if feature should not have been bumped up, no practical harm is done,
but
if any committers feels uncomfortable about this for the feature
containing their
plugins, they are free to double check ... and, even rollback feature
version changes if
they feel its important .... as long as it's done before this week's
candidate released!

Sorry for the blanket change and short notice, but I thought worth
announcing here, to keep everyone informed.
