I think a link from the wiki to the ISV doc's would be great. Someone would have to volunteer to produce and upload those doc's somewhere as an "info center" on Eclipse. The alternative, especially in the short term, may be just to make some notes in the wiki, and indicate how to find and search the isv docs in general.
Similarly, perhaps someone could add link's even to the "new and noteworthy" (for WTP and the Eclipse platform, I'd suggest) ... just to have a better 'central site' to help educate those that might only be just getting started looking at the Europa release.
