The version number increase was made too late in the day, did not give
dependent plug-ins a chance to react and caused grief in the build. I have
reverted to use a safer increase from 1.0.103 to 1.0.203 for now. I will
re-increment early next week to allow the change time to cascade down.

This is the list with plug-ins that will have to be changed:

org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.webservice
org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.webservice.ui
org.eclipse.jst.ws
org.eclipse.jst.ws.axis.consumption.ui
org.eclipse.jst.ws.axis.creation.ui
org.eclipse.jst.ws.consumption
org.eclipse.jst.ws.consumption.ui
org.eclipse.jst.ws.creation.ui
org.eclipse.jst.ws.ui
org.eclipse.wst.ws.explorer
org.eclipse.wst.ws.parser
org.eclipse.wst.wsdl.ui

Fw: The WSDL EMF model will be regenerated with EMF 2.3

The fix is now committed and released for this week's I-build. The WSDL
model plug-in version was bumped up to 1.1.0. Any client plug-ins
depending on the WSDL model plug-in may have to be updated to specify the
proper upper value for the dependency range (this was done for the WSDL
graphical editor).

Valentin

The WSDL EMF model will be regenerated with EMF 2.3

Hi,

The WST Web Services team intends to correct the WSDL model EMF artifact
problems reported in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=145413.
This work is currently targeted for WTP 2.0 M6. The fix will involve
correcting a number of artifacts and regenerating the WSDL EMF model using
EMF 2.3. We will work towards 100% API backward compatibility and make
sure the code will compile with a Java 1.4 compiler. For details on the
issues, proposed fixes and approach please see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=145413#c16 .

Any feedback from adopters using the WSDL EMF model and from the community
at large is encouraged and appreciated.

Regards,
Valentin Baciu
