Server tools smoke test FAILS on the current I-build. This is my fault,
and is due to some refactoring that I've been doing this week to fix two
bugs. I'm dropping the fix now, and I will also fix the releng JUnit
failures.
This problem will cause failure resolving server classpaths, so anyone who
depends on server tools for their smoke tests should wait for the respin.
