In preparation for this years release, it's always good to "clean up" our mirrored content. (Leaves more room on mirrors to get all the new stuff).
While we very lightweight compared to some project's download pages, we can still do our part and archive "old" releases. I propose we archive everything except the most recent (1.5.4) release. These archived builds are still available, from the archive site, but it's assumed that their use would be rare and not worth the cost of mirroring.
