The latest Europa build failed on STP, TPTP, and WTP:
* STP is missing a quote on line 30 of their
.../stp/updates/europa/site.xml file.
* TPTP has the following error:
o feature org.eclipse.tptp.monitoring.runtime
o in features-tptp.xml it is:

o in site.xml it is:
