[Michael Glavassevich] " In our test suite we have a few XML schema documents that use 1.1 as the XML version and they used to fail loading. With Xerces 2.9 they load OK but our tests were expecting failure. I think it would be good to link to the Xerces release note page from the Xerces wiki in Orbit. My feeling is that we can safely declare the build with these JUnits failing. We don't have the manpower to contain them this week. We'll fix them once this week's build is declared. Let me know if you want to proceed otherwise (perhaps to comment them out and open a bug). Narrowing the range or removing Xerces 2.9 from the target would eliminate the failures. I will continue to investigate the actual cause.
