The WTP validation framework has a number of limitations including poor
performance, lack of configurable UI / messages,
and overall lack of good documentation and simple API.
This contribution will co-exist with the existing framework, ensuring
existing validators will not need to change, but many will as the benefits
are great.

My colleague in IBM Gary Karasiuk <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> contributed these
changes, and has been reviewed by myself and others within the project.
These changes are being committed to todays M4 IBuild.
