tagged R3_0_0 for the WTP 3.0 release and branched to R3_0_maintenance:

wst-xml-tests.map
wst-xml-ui.map
The Source editing map files in R3_0_maintenance branch have been updated
to reflect the fact that we are now picking up the plugins from the
R3_0_maintenance branch for the WTP 3.0.1 release. Please pick up the
Source editing plugins from the R3_0_maintenance branch when you are
working with the WTP 3.0.1 release. Thanks!
