Gee, now everyone will know our secrets :) but this tool is an old one, in /cvsroot/callisto in a project called org.eclipse.callisto.tools.versionchecker [In case other readers couldn't tell, Sheila said she meant to send the note just to me, hence some of it's odd wording :) ]
