I'd prefer to have a separate "product image" for WTP ... I think all the top level projects are supposed to (in terms of the yearly simultaneous release guidelines, see http://wiki.eclipse.org/Ganymede should-do item number 12 (it's not explicit, but that's how I read it).
I've complained about the quality of this image before, see bug 205143 https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=205143 ... perhaps with added "votes" it will get more attention? (I'd rather fix it, than use a plain 'ol Eclipse one).
