Due to delay's in finalizing the Java EE 6 specifications, the Java EE
Tools team is de-committing the proposed support in the upcoming WTP 3.1
release.

The support enhancements for Java EE 6 will be re-evaluated for a
follow-on release, and remains committed to updating our support when the
various specifications are finalized
