I've re-arranged and split up the xsl.map file into two files.
xml-xpath2.map and xsl.map. This better breaks up the functionality as
items in the xml-xpath2.map can be worked on independently of the xsl.map.
If you are working on the xml.xpath2 items, you will tag for release
using the xml-xpath2.map file going forward. Any issues or concerns,
please let me know.
