It should be marked on a Project level (not top level project) since the IP Logs are partitioned by Project. I'm sure we could "explain" later, after the deadline ... which is today, did I mention that? ... but, I'd prefer not to have to "explain", and just have it marked. Instructions: Go to Foundation Portal https://dev.eclipse.org/portal/myfoundation/portal/portal.php and follow this links: View the project you are lead for Maintain Project Info meta-data then 'edit' the field called simultaneousrelease There you'll see 'Ganymede', 'Galileo', 'Helios' ... change their values to "1" to indicate "yes, we will be in Simultaneous Release". save Thank you.
