I think Eclipse is an amazing tool and this project team does a fantastic job.
I went the following URL for WTP 3.2.0 (Helios): http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?projectid=webtools I may have missed this but I cannot find a list of new enhancements for this project. If you go to the PostgreSQL web site listed below you will see that on any new release they have Release Notes for each change made.
