Note: at the time of this promotion, there was no smoketest "vote" for JSF or Dali. I suspect this is a "bookkeeping" issue and suspect they'll will update the page later today. (Even if there is no testing, due to no changes, etc., we still expect the projects to document that). Normally, I'd wait, and ask the projects, but I wanted to promote this build before getting on the plane this morning. :)
