webtools.common Committers, Carl Anderson has expired the commit rights for Jason Sholl (jsholl). The reason for this change is:
Jason Sholl has officially resigned his WTP committership. He was involved with WTP from the inception. He has had a large impact on both the design and the implementation of the Common, Java EE Tools, and EJB Tools (and other) components. As such, I am promoting him to Committer Emeritus.
