Project Leads, Please review your IP Logs to prepare for the WTP IP Log submission. This should be done before the end of next week as the final submission deadline is May 18th (see Wayne's note below). The "Contribution Review" tool can be found here - http://www.eclipse.org/projects/tools/ (on the left side menu). It is useful for identifying patches that may have been committed without being flagged as IP. We'll mention this again on the Thursday status call but wanted to get a note out so people could start this process. Thanks for you help, Neil -------- Original Message --------
Hey folks. I am expecting to receive IP Log for each project listed here: http://eclipse.org/projects/releases/releases.php Many of the listed projects are roll-ups like Web Tools, which releases as a single entity composed of its many subprojects. The IP Log submission deadline is May 18. If you need more time, let me know as soon as possible. Submitting early also works. I have spent a few hours fixing up some of the more painful bugs in the IP Log tool; AFAICT everybody should be good to go. If you're not sure what to do, go to the IP Log tool page: http://www.eclipse.org/projects/ip_log.php >From there, select your projects(s) from the list and click the "Generate IP Log" button to review your log. At the bottom of the page, there are options available to login and make changes to your log. While logged in, you can click the "submit The Log" button to send your log to the IP team for review. Be sure to note in the comment area that the log is for the Indigo release. Only a committer for the project, or a member of the corresponding PMC may submit the log. Let me know if you have any trouble.
