Or obtained from the webtools repository: http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/repository/helios It depends on several factors of how Helios was originally installed, but most users can get the new release by using "update" or "install new software" from that webtools specific repository, but it is not in the Eclipse common helios repository ( http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios), as is always the case for off-cycle releases. Thanks to all the quality conscious WTP committers for providing over 120 additional bug fixes on this stream for the Eclipse community.
